Third-party trivia-night operator for bars and companies

I came across a good "little" $300k of profit per year business. And it could scale to $3M year of profit. This IRL startup idea will get your creative juices flowing... Woman organizes trivia nights. She’s a 3rd party provider and bars/pubs/companies hire her to do trivia nights. She hires local comedians or local people with personalities to go to the bars/venues She prepares the materials and content. She charges on average $500 per event. Note: I think she could even do % of bar tab which makes this an even more "no brainer" idea for bars. Right now, she's doing about $27,000/month of revenue. She's got an EA that helps her part-time. Used AI to help with the content. Total profit is $23,000/month. Told me she organizes 10-15 a week. This could easily scale to other cities. Currently, she's just in 1 city. Bars are happy because seats are filled. They see $1k-$5k bumps in revenue People are happy because they are craving IRL community experiences like this post-COVID. Local entertainers are happy because they are getting booked and getting paid to do what they love. This woman is happy because she's making tons of money doing what she loves in a community she cares about. Wins all around. Beautiful to see. It's a nice reminder that there's tons of startup ideas out there. And the most simple ones are usually the most profitable. She told me she isn't too stressed. And prefers this over her old job working at Accenture. Not surprised...
