Uber for volunteering: hyper-local charity tasks

Steal this idea: Uber for volunteerism. You open the app and see hyper-local tasks from charities around you. In your free time you can go around the city doing those tasks. Charge a cut on donations, but connecting NGO proposed tasks with volunteers is free.
