Silent speech: lip-reading-to-text via camera

Steal this idea. A mouth-vocalization to text via camera. Many people (including me) don't use voice input because it feels awkward, especially in public settings. What if you could track movement of mouth, jaw, lips etc to decode purely from camera what a person is speaking.
